I have a idea:
Why not set the site up in a manner that erverybody can contribute and add 
chapters?
In a WiKI-like from.
Then experts could be assigned to every chapter or topic who check for errors 
and mistakes.

When we have enough new material we could release a new version of the 
Tutorial which may then grow in a small book.

The WiKi or webpages could be converted in pdf for printing.
