Why not start on your site to develop the structure and then move towards a 
setup that leads to a well structured and edited book?

We should start develop a table of contents - which could be extended in 
future, of course and the assign editor for the chapters.

Maybe we could translate parts of the freegis tutorial to have a start and 
then complete missing parts or add new topics.
