[Freegis-list] Hidrogis

I'm downloading the software manual ( and will take some time :-)  , but I wanted to know if the "Hydrological balances, estimation of maximum discharges and minimum discharges in river basins from maps of climatic variables." characteristic refers to Penman-Monteith techniques or something similar .
