Hi,
thanks for the input. You are right, we are also thinking about
implementing an interface with color picker, linewidth selection, etc.
The problem is that all data usually needs special interfaces, so that a
generic implementation either results in an ugly interface, or needs a
lot of individual configuration.
Currently our main focus in Mapbender lies on supporting more WFS
functionality, especially adding a generic gazetteer and adding a catalog.
To discuss further details I suggest we move this thread to the
Mapbender user mailing list if you don't mind. We will be adding a black
board to the Mapbender website showing current develoment threads and
status of implementation.
