[Freegis-list] wind barb font

Hi,
Does anyone know of a font set that contains wind barbs that is 
completely free of restrictions on distribution? I know that ESRI has 
one but I don't know the license restrictions on it. Here is an example 
of the kind of wind barbs I'm looking for:
