First of all, I am flattered that it would deserve an entry in FreeGIS :)
As Frank told you, there is now a link on the OpenEV page. He also mentioned "both" tools: the 
other one is a histogram-based image enhancement tool which will also have its own help page.
Also, I understand that they will be part of the next FWTools release.

I am currently working on other tools and the links will eventually be grouped together on an 
index page.
