[Freegis-list] AVL GPS & GSM modem using SMS-900-1800

Hi,
I just met Jorge, copied, at the GSDI-8 conference who was presenting 
the GeoWiki. I am sure you should connect to see how his SVG based 
system could be of use in this. He is able to read in GPS records and 
display them as a WMS or WFS through GeoServer. These systems together 
couls prove very valuable, also outside of the Vehicle tracking 
environment.
