[Freegis-list] MapWindow

I mentioned a while ago about open sourcing MapWindow, now it seems they 
have decided on the licence and selected the Mozilla Public Licence.

I'm not too well educated in the licencing matters but doesn't it 
warrant MapWindow to get listed in freegis.org?
