The mailman webinterface allows everybody to set their options by themself.

Check the link given below and go to the bottom of the page,
enter your email address in the last entry field 
to reach your subscription option page.

If you there is an question that you cannot solve yourself,
please email the owner address first and not the list.

Otherwise you have more then 750 subscribers reading your request.
