Angus,

Can you point me to an example of these CSRS numbers?  I read a bit
of the info on CSRS from the NRCan web site but I didn't see anything
that helped me.

I am keen to get PROJ.4 working well in a Canadian context.  Note
that PROJ.4 (and GRASS by extension) can use the NTv2 NAD27/83
grid shift files.
