[Freegis-list] Reading VMAP data

Nimamuse used to be available at http://earth-info.nga.mil/geospatial/SW_TOOLS/NIMAMUSE/dist/
but currently the site seems to be broken.

Still, if you need the Windows binaries you can download the following
file:

http://earth-info.nga.mil/geospatial/SW_TOOLS/NIMAMUSE/dist/exec/win/nmm21332.exe

I haven't tried it though..
