[Freegis-list] triangulation and contouring tools

Hello,

I'm looking for a tool (or two) to take a set of points with z (or some 
other attribute to interpolate), triangulate the points, and output 
contour lines from the triangulated mesh based the z values at each point.

I think GRASS has some triangulation routines, but I don't think there's 
a routine to generate contours from the triangulated mesh.  Maybe I'm 
wrong?  Any other suggestions?  I could setup something like this 
myself, but I want to check if there's something readily available 
first.  Thanks.
