The whole discussion is pretty interesting (but too many American law
specific issues for me to follow it fully). Anyway, the point is, I
think, that you can request any vmap1 dataset from NIMA based on FOIA
(Freedom Of Information Act), though NIMA seems to ignore such
requests, for now. Read more:
