it seems that the file you reported is a Windows installer and I don't
use MS Windows.  

Since we are at it, can you also explain what are the conditions to run,
study, modify and distribute this software?

price), that is software that comes with the right to run without
limitations, to study it (source code is necessary), to copy it without
limitations, to modify it (source code is necessary for this) and
