It's a clause of GE Termos of Service?. I'm working in a piece of
software using google maps data, and I'm unable to find any clause in
such terms on http://www.google.com/intl/en_ALL/help/terms_maps.html

It seems I must ask him before releasing anything. If problems, only
microsoft and yahoo imagery will be available to be used
(they seem not to be any constrainst in theirs).
