Walter,

My understanding is that mapguide is not 64-bit ready yet, though I
have personally worked on the FDO library used by MapGuide to get parts of
it working smoothly on 64bit.  However, you should be able to run the 32bit
mapguide binaries on 64bit linux system (x86 compatible of course).
