Dear all,

I'm looking for a free software to visualize vector and raster data like a GIS do. But it should be no full GIS like qgis or gvsig or grass. It should be just a viewer! Very easy to use!

a.) In the way like a webgis looks like and works, but not with a web- or mapserver behind. 
b.) A non "geoman" should use it!
c.) To use on a cd or an usb stick
d.) and free
