Description:
------------
A different API for drawing map images, based on UMN MapServer.
 Basic aims are:
 <ul>
 <li>Same mapping capabilities as MapServer
 <li>More natural, Python-ic, behavior for objects
 <li>Refactor bloated mapscript classes
 <li>More explicit programming, less mapfile meta-programming
 <li>Replace mapserver classes and styles with stylesheets
 </ul>
