Description:

GeoTools is Java code library which provides standards
compliant methods for the manipulation of geospatial
data, for example to implement Geographic Information Systems.

The GeoTools library implements OGC specifications as
they are developed, in close collaboration with the
GeoAPI and GeoWidgets projects.
