Description:

GEOTRANS (Geographic Translator) is an application program which allows
    users to easily convert geographic coordinates among a wide variety of
    coordinate systems, map projections, and datums.
    GEOTRANS runs in both Microsoft Windows (95/98/NT) and UNIX Motif environments.<br>
    Archives of several version might additionally be found
    in
