greater-pre-processing 1.0.0 released

Hi,

with some slight changes I have now released version 1.0.0
of greater-pre-processing.

Which GREAT-ER 1 versions work with the new shapefile-based
datasets?

For sure no version up to and including 1.0.2.
Version 1.0.3 and the current development version at
the USF (U.of Osnabrück) seem to work in principle.

However, the source codes seem to be unmaintained since
the release of 1.0.2 and track is lost on which version
of source code files have gone into which release.
It is therefore possible that e.g. some analysis functions do
not work with the shapefiles (or even do not work at all).
There also might be slight differences dependent on whether using
ArcView 3.0a, 3.1 or 3.2.

I might be able to provide hints on how to fix some problems
in the Avenue code, but serious new release of GREAT-ER 1 would
require a serious rework of the Avenue source codes.
Such a work would require about 1-3 weeks.
