No, I am not aware of one. There are more complex one's, like the LAF
concept Carsten Schulze used in the processing of the Eifel-Rur for his
PHD Thesis. The concept is described in

The idea behind this is that the modeled flow is teh more accurate the
nearer a stretch is in relation to a gauging station (which was used to
calibrate the model).
Also when adding flows from the STPs manually you should take care of
the flows at available gauging sites. If not too old these cover also
the flows from STPs.
