[Mapit] CVS up again

Hello Mapit!er,

browsing the mapit! sources using viewcvs and
the anonymous cvs access is both possible again.
The webpages about cvs access have been updated accordingly.

	http://www.mapit.de/cvs.en.html

There were problems with the cvs access when Intevation moved to a
new office.
