[Mapit] New release 0.9

Dear all,

I just uploaded the new release 0.9 of MapIt!.

Few changes so far, but much work went into
packaging (see download page of www.mapit.de):

* there are now Windows Install routines for
	0.9 in german and in english.
	Tested on W2000 so far, we are
	interested in further experiences.

* Furthermore, rpm-packages are prepared.
	Tested on Redhat 6.1, 6.2.
	Again, further experiences are welcome.

Changes are:

* bug fix (or actually a work around) for correct
	loading of png tiles.
	One tile of the Europe demo (south east, highest
	resolution) was not loadable.
	The script src/frontends/checkconfig.py helps
	to identify problematic png files.

* new mapit tag  <mapit:version> for the version number
	of the serving MapIt!
