[Mapit] MapIt! 1.0.1 released

I've released MapIt! 1.0.1. 

Overview of the changes since 1.0:

 - supports different markers for different scales. This is especially
   useful for having different sizes for different zoom levels

 - Higher zoom levels may cover only part of of the area of lower zoom
   levels which helps to keep the space required for the tile images
   down if the markers are mostly concentrated in one relatively small
   area

 - A configuration variable that lets you choose whether a click should
   zoom or pan.

 - invisible markers are not included in the client-side image map
   anymore which can substantially reduce the size of the generated
   HTML.

The epscut script has also been extended a bit and now runs on Windows
NT as well.
