[Mapit] www.mapit.de functional again

Due to a server crash the mapit homepage  www.mapit.de/index.en.html
was had problems in the past days. The server running the mapit-example 
pages was not functional. We brought it up again.

We appreciate if you notice us on any problems with the webpages.
