[Mapserver-DE] SVG OUTPUTFORMAT TEXT LABEL

That sentence in the document is incorrect, as you can specify an 
OUTPUTFORMAT for svg, for a GetMap, as you said.

Hmm, I'd need a test case to see.  Would you mind creating a small test 
case? (mapfile snippet, inline feature as layer, requests in 
'commands.txt' file, zipped).
