debian packages

[Carleos Artime Fi]

Hi!

This is my first attempt to build Debian packages of "statist". 
You may access this anonymous ftp server:
	ftp://fisher.ciencias.uniovi.es/pub/statist
and try it out (i386 binaries).

If no bugs are found, my intention is that statist be included
in the main section of Debian in a near future...
