Context menu cursor

Hi,

I noticed that when I'm in the layer selection and press the right
mouse button to let the context menu pop up, the cursor is changed
from the Thuban arrow into the X cross.  Is this intentional?  I
wouldn't expect this, but rather the opposite, since an arrow seems to
be more adequate for a menu.
