Context menu cursor

I noticed it before I started playing with cursors, and indeed when
I disable the BusyCursor stuff in Thuban.UI.common the cursor is
still changed to the standard X cross here.  When it's not happening
on your version, it may be another strange wx/GTK issue (like the
colour dialog[1] you probably can't reproduce as well).  Maybe one
day I find time to track this problem as well...
