create [Thuban-devel] subject header

FWIW: I'd like to stay without that header since it disimproves the
subject readability and threads look quite err... strange with it.

If your mail goes through a GNU/Linux or Unix account you can easily
flag your incoming mail to comply your personal wishes by using
procmail  (|procmail -f- in .forward) and the following receipe:

	:0 fhw
	* ^ List-Id:.*thuban-devel\.intevation\.de
	| sed 's/^Subject: /Subject: [Thuban-devel]/'
