[Thuban-list] svgexport does not export polygon layers

I've tested with the Iceland data and I can confirm that polygons are
exported.

But I have tested with several shapefiles used here in the department and
none of the polygon layer are exported.

I have also imported and cleaned a shapefile in GRASS and rexported it
with v.out.ogr, but it still is not exported to svg.
