SPEC-File

Hallo!

I just sent some information about the Fedora Core 2 package which
has been built for Thuban.  I would like to suggest to include the
resulting thuban.spec into Thuban CVS.  The same we could also
include the LinGIS SPEC-file. I would propose to do this in the
following structure.

rpm
  fedora
     SPEC
       thuban.spec
  suse
     SPEC
       thuban.spec

Thus it is rather easy to build a new RPM package of Thuban based on
different GNU/Linux-Systems. 

What do you think about it?
