I don't know. As far as I understood setup.py, thuban_bdist_rpm is
responsible for creating the SPEC-File. It shouldn't be too
difficult to create different SPEC-files or to provide commands like
bdist_fdr_rpm bdist_suse_rpm etc. But I think Bernhard Herzog
probably knows more about the possibilities of distutils.
