I commited all now.

Whats' missing is still:

- svgexport: Version 1.0.0 I guess?

- umn_mapserver: I'd like to change this
  a bit first, so that only one module
  needs to be imported from thubanstart.py

- Manual: adapt description for writing
  extensions.
