I updated the web pages accordingly now.

Next, I will update freshmeat as well.

Shouldn't we restrict to the changes since 1.0.1?

Also, 2 changes were missing:

- Minimum version of GDAL now 1.2.5.
- New: a registry for extensions.

Should we fix this before sending the announcement to thuban-announce?
