That's really strange :

My PATH is the following : c:\Python24\ and nothing else.

I launch "python thuban.py" from my thuban1.1.0 build. Everything works
fine ... I can load raster files, etc.

Then, I installed the Thuban-1.1.0-2.exe application on my laptop and
tested it. Everything works fine launching "python thuban.pyw" (loading
rasters, changing projections, etc.)

What can be the problem ? It seems they are no missing files in the
installer, no ?
