Switch from CVS to SVN ?

Hello Thuban Developers,

I propose to switch from CVS to SVN for further Thuban developments.

We could use the SVN and more infrastructure at wald.intevation.de
where we already have created a Thuban project.

Any comments, suggestions, protests?
