I've moved the package into the incoming directory this morning
since Frankie didn't respond again, so it shoud be in the archive
tonight and in etch again in 10 days, assuming there are no
libraries blocking it.  We'll see...

Currently, there's still time for that.

Thuban 1.1.0 has been uploaded into experimental, so that's probably
where 1.2.0 should go for a while as well, maybe while 1.1.0 can
go into sid.
