import all extensions example files

It's a very good idea. Especially for multi-os users because the file
aren't at the same place on win32 and linux.
The file could contain all the official stable extension and even more a
commented import of the non stable ones.
Furthermore, it will be a strenght for Thuban because some of the very
very intersting feature are "hidden" in Extensions (svgexport, ogr
imports, etc.).
I can provide my windows thubanstart.py file as starting point.
