thuban for windows updated (1.1.0-6)

Hi,

i've updated the installer for windows. It has been updated with proj
4.4.9 and the latest wxPython (2.6.3.3). I've created a patch in order
to updated the setup.py file. It's there :

Can someone make some tests of the new version ? If it's ok, i'll commit
the patch and post the info on the thuban-list.
