Status of pyShapelib

Hello all.

I hope this is the right place to ask about pyShapelib. If it isn't,
please direct me where you think might be more appropriate.

I have made a few changes to pyShapelib, including updating the swig
interfaces to run without too many warnings with the latest version
(1.3.29), and allowing for Z and M data to be written to a shapefile. I
would like to know if the Thuban project is still maintaining
pyShapelib, and if so, to whom I should submit a patch.
