Missing post to the development group email list.

On the 28 th August I posted an email to the development group with an
extension for navigating between extents in a Thuban session. I
recieved a reply message that the email was being directed to the list
moderator, because it exceeded 40 kb. This email does not appear to
have surfaced on the group list, nor have I heard anything to say that
it has been rejected.

Is there a moderator? and how can I go about getting my email published?
