Hi Bernhard,

Sorry for the delay, I'm stuck with too many things at the moment. 

[1] But ;-) , i'm finally having a new win32 environment (in a
virtualbox on my Debian system), so i'll be able to work on the win32
problems again. 

[2] and i'll have some time to spend on thuban again ;-)

Concerning the Releasenotes.txt, I will add in the Notable issues some
words about the fact that the windows installer is dependant on lots of
prerequisites (i'm doing it now).

As said before, we will add a file with the installer describing all the
things to do to have a working win32 version with the installer.

Is this ok ?
