pyshapelib as LGPL?

Erm ... the answer is yes? ;-)
Where I work, we would like to use it for a project that probably won't
be able to be GPL (not sure yet though). Well, at least it would
complicate things less if pyshapelib would be LGPL instead of GPL.
Anyway, it would render pyshapelib applicable for a wider range of
situations so that - perhaps, hopefully - its popularity would
increase. Also it would be more consistent with the spirit of original
shapelib's license.
