w32 installer updated (v 1.2.1svn)

Hi,

I've updated the w32 installer so that it contains the extensions
provided with Thuban. At the moment, the following extensions are
available with the installer : gns2shp, bboxdump, mouseposition,
svgexport, profiler and ogr.

Limitation : 
The 1.2.1svn version of Thuban needs no dependencies to run and thus
contains only what it needs. So, if you have personal extensions that
uses some of the official Python modules, those ones are probably not
included in the Thuban binary and will not work.

Please report any problems with this new version.
