The wx event problems in the mapserver plugin is solved. There is still
a little bug with the legend initialisation that I will try to correct
but it is not blocking.

French translation has been updated and the new python-gdal (1.5.0-3)
that just arrived in Sid thanks to the debian-gis team seems to work
fine with Thuban.

Bernhard, what's missing for RC2 ?
