Hi,

I'm going to remove the WIP-pyshapelib-Bramz branch as it is not being
developed anymore anyway, and I think we can better focus on the
WIP-pyshapelib-Unicode branch.

BTW: about GUI changes in Thuban to allow to override or choose shapelib
encodings, I unfortunately cannot spare any time to do that.  So if
anyone wants to contribute ...  Also, there's still that test error in
test_load_1_0.py that I don't know how to solve.
