I've just realized that my change to rename the development dtd to
a real one 1.2.1.dtd broke a number of tests. I will need to fix this before 
the release. Also in Debian sid the python-gdal package is currently broken,
which also makes testing this harder for me.

In short: There will be an rc2. ;)
