New extension: gMapTiles

Hello list,

I've just committed the first version of a Google Map Tiles exporter
extension.  For now it allows you to generate tiles for using with the
Google Maps API out of you thuban map.  I'd like to make it also know
how to import data from Google Maps, but that is a bit further down
the road.
